The Letter to the Noble Minded
Saturday 24th September
10.30am - 12.30pm
Sakya Pandita’s short text explains the nature of the three vehicles, Hinayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana to correct understanding of the key teachings of buddha-nature and emptiness. It is thus an excellent introduction to these topics.
The Initiation of Simhamukha *
The dakini Simhamukha is a deity relied upon for protection against various obstacles to spiritual practice and well-being. Lama Jampa Thaye will give the initiation according to the teaching of Bari Lotsawa, which has been preserved in the Sakya tradition down to the present day.
